Kashmir unrest: Rajnath Singh says forces told to use maximum restraint in Valley

Connecting with the Valley where challenges have seethed for ten days since the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen officer Burhan Wani, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh advised Parliament Monday he needs to visit Kashmir and hold direct converses with the general population “whose agony is being felt by each Indian”.
