SC rejects petition to form JIT for Amjad Sabri murder case
KARACHI: The Supreme Court declined candidate Imran Shehzad’s speak to shape a JIT group for the examination of Amjad Sabri murder case on Friday.
Amid the knowing about the case, Imran Shehzad said that he was working for a private firm furthermore ran a NGO also. The court commented on this announcement that would it be a good idea for him to be incorporated into the JIT group to test Amjad Sabri’s homicide?
Court denied the request on the grounds that Imran Shahzad didn’t give his employment subtle elements on which the court demonstrated outrage.
Amjad Sabri was an eminent qawwal who was shot dead in Karachi in June by outfitted attackers on a cruiser in Karachi’s Liaquatabad range. Sabri was en route to a private TV divert’s studio in Karachi when he was gunned down in Liaquatabad.
